FilterIQ is a monitoring device and web platform for industrial dust extraction systems. A compact FilterIQ device is fitted to each dust extraction unit, alongside your dp controller, to read pulse and pressure signals. It securely streams data to your web dashboard, giving you clear visibility of how every unit is behaving across the filtration system.

FilterIQ fits alongside each dust extraction unit and reads the signals already available around the manifold and controller. It leaves all existing safety and sequencing functions untouched. Its role is to monitor, record, and send key operating data to your dashboard.

Each FilterIQ device monitors the behaviour of every solenoid and valve on the manifold.
Every time a valve pulses, it records pressure before, during and after the pulse, including manifold pressure drop and recovery for that activation. When the behaviour of a valve or solenoid moves away from its normal pattern, FilterIQ raises an alert on the web dashboard and can send email or text notifications to the right people. From the alert you can open the diagnostics and see which valve changed, what changed and when it started to drift.

FilterIQ lets you compare units side by side so you can see which ones are stable and which ones are starting to drift. Instead of checking everything, you can prioritise the worst performers first and target maintenance where it will make the biggest difference.

Engineers, OEMs and service partners can log in from anywhere and see live status, trends and alerts, reducing unnecessary site visits and wasted travel. As soon as a change in the system is detected, FilterIQ raises an alert in the portal and can send an email or text message to the authorised person, showing which solenoid, valve, manifold section or filter (bag or cartridge) section is behaving abnormally so they can decide what needs attention and arrive on site with the correct parts.
